On the 9th of Mehr, 1401 (October 1, 2022), a friendly futsal tournament titled “Teacher’s Cup” was held among private schools in the 6th educational district of Kabul. Three educational levels participated in the tournament: primary, secondary, and high school. For the first time, Setaragan Zirak Private School participated by fielding a team at the secondary level, demonstrating its supportive role in this important event. There were 15 teams competing in the secondary level, divided into four groups. The Setaragan Zirak team secured a spot in the second group and demonstrated impressive performance.
The main goal of the tournament was to promote sports culture and encourage students to engage in physical activities. The event provided an opportunity to showcase students’ athletic talents and also helped them learn important values, such as teamwork and cooperation. Sports play a crucial role in improving physical and mental health while also promoting discipline, order, and healthy competition. This event was particularly effective in strengthening communication among students from different schools, providing a friendly atmosphere for interaction, and building positive relationships.
