The seminar titled “Behavior and Ethics in the Workplace” was held to raise awareness among teachers about the importance of maintaining professional and ethical conduct in the workplace. The program focused on how ethical behavior contributes to fostering healthy, effective relationships among colleagues and enhancing the overall work environment. The seminar began with an explanation of professional and ethical behavior, emphasizing their critical role in building trust and mutual respect in the workplace. Ms. Amiri highlighted that adhering to ethical principles not only improves interpersonal relationships but also enhances productivity, creates a positive atmosphere, and reduces workplace conflicts and misunderstandings.

Key ethical principles were then discussed, including honesty, responsibility, respect for others, and compliance with organizational rules and regulations. Ms. Amiri stressed the importance of maintaining respectful interactions with colleagues, respecting others’ privacy, and avoiding discrimination or disrespect. These principles, she explained, are fundamental to cultivating a positive workplace culture and increasing motivation and productivity, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success. The seminar also addressed common workplace challenges, such as communication issues, personal conflicts, and misunderstandings related to work. Ms. Amiri provided practical solutions for managing these problems, including improving communication skills, adopting a professional and collaborative approach to problem-solving, and fostering emotional intelligence and self-awareness to reduce tensions and encourage healthy interactions. In her concluding remarks, Ms. Amiri emphasized the need for ongoing education on workplace behavior and ethics. She highlighted that seminars like this provide valuable opportunities for teachers to enhance their professional and social skills, ultimately helping to create a better work environment through positive and ethical conduct.
