Biography
Mawladad Mirzaie
Mawladad Mirzaie, son of Mahdi, is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences with a degree in Sociology from Bamyan University. He has over four years of teaching experience in both private and public schools and educational centers. He served for two years as the director of the Sisa Educational Center and for three years as a contract teacher at a public school in Lal wa Sarjangal District of Ghor Province.
In addition to his teaching career, Mirzaie has a strong background in cultural and social activities. He worked for several years as deputy and later as head of the Zolal Andesha scientific-social organization, as well as a reporter for its monthly publication. He also volunteered for one year with the Independent Election Commission in Bamyan Province.
Mirzaie has more than six years of experience teaching public speaking in various educational institutions, including Sisa, Kawsar, and Tasaod centers. He has also received a certificate of appreciation in martial arts. Furthermore, he successfully completed training in journalism and report writing offered by USAID and was awarded a certificate upon completion.
From an educational perspective, Mirzaie believes in modern teaching methods, student-centered learning, and the effective use of technology in the classroom. He constantly strives to create an active and dynamic learning environment by applying up-to-date methodologies and instructional materials.
His personal interests include research and study, social activities, collaboration with cultural institutions, and engagement on social media. Since March 21, 2024, Mirzaie has joined the teaching staff of Setaragan Zirak Private School, where he continues to work with dedication and enthusiasm to enhance the knowledge and skills of his students.
