Biography

Masoma Hassani

Masoma Hassani, born on May 12, 1996, in Kabul (Shahrak Haji Nabi), is a dedicated and hardworking teacher at Setaragan Zirak Private School. She completed her school education through grade 12 in Iran, and after returning to Afghanistan in 2020, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Studies from Imam Ali (A.S.) Seminary in 2023.

Her deep passion for teaching, particularly in classroom principles, led her to begin her first teaching experience in 2019 at Al-Manar Private School, where she achieved notable success. In 2021, she joined Dana Private School, and since 2022 she has been serving as a teacher at Setaragan Zirak High School.

Hassani’s strengths include strong communication skills, expertise in teaching classroom principles, computer literacy, and intermediate proficiency in English. She is a sociable individual with a keen interest in teamwork, storytelling, and poetry reading. For two years, she was an active member of the Cultural Committee at Setaragan Zirak High School, where she gained valuable experiences.

Among her major achievements at the school is receiving a certificate of appreciation in 2023 for co-authoring supplementary textbooks (Dari, Mathematics, and English) for grade two. She also contributed to writing a special educational chapter on classroom principles, which covers Dari instruction, grammar and rules, phonics, and related topics.

Hassani considers teaching the realization of one of her greatest dreams and continues to work with motivation and commitment to nurture and inspire the next generation.
