Biography
Mohammad Zia Haidari
Mohammad Zia Haidari, originally from Maidan Wardak Province and a resident of Kabul, holds a bachelor’s degree in Persian-Dari Language and Literature from Kabul University. He began his professional career with great passion for education, teaching for three years at Taha Private High School, where he was awarded the title of Best Teacher of the Year 2022. Following this, he spent one year teaching at Mahd-e Danesh Academy, and since 2023, he has been serving as a Dari literature teacher at Setaragan Zirak High School, bringing an innovative and inspiring approach to his teaching.
Among Haidari’s academic and social achievements are receiving a certificate of appreciation from the Civil Society Consensus for his civic and social activities, a certificate of recognition from the Behsud Students’ Association for his cultural contributions, and participation in the one-week Modern Teacher seminar in collaboration with Kushan High School. During the COVID-19 lockdown, he also made a valuable contribution in Kabul as a voluntary social collaborator with the Research Association for Peace and Food Security based in Armenia.
Haidari views education as more than the transfer of knowledge; he sees it as an opportunity to build genuine human connections between teacher and student. He recognizes each student as a unique individual and strives to create a dynamic and motivational environment for learning while respecting individual differences.
Through his active and influential presence in the educational environment, Haidari has succeeded in fostering students’ motivation, guiding them along the path of knowledge, and serving as a worthy role model for today’s generation with his human-centered and modern approach to teaching.
